I am an experienced psychotherapist with a well-established practice. My original background is in mathematics and computer science; for many years I worked in leadership roles in IT at international financial organizations, managing people and projects, running business training, and doing coaching. That experience stays with me in therapy: I understand the reality of people who have spent years responsible for major decisions and for the results of others.
I mainly work in the Gestalt approach, in both Russian and English, with individuals and couples. I also provide clinical supervision for fellow therapists.
I came into the profession through a personal crisis, which therapy helped me to overcome. I continue my own personal therapy to this day — I see it as an essential part of my work.
I have lived and worked in several countries — Russia, the United States, Israel, Georgia.
I am curious about many things — literature, philosophy, painting (I am a member of the Russian Union of Artists) — but above all, I am most interested in people.

I work with issues that I deeply understand — both as a psychotherapist and as a person
Life Crises — emigration, changes in identity or social status, age-related transitions
Challenging Emotional States — anxiety, fear, stress, depression, shame, guilt, loss of energy, emotional instability
Existential Questions — loneliness, fear of death, search for meaning, freedom of choice
Achievement and Its Cost — fusing your identity with your role and results, the crisis that follows reaching your goals, loneliness in positions of responsibility and leadership, fear of losing your edge
Relationships — with partners, parents, colleagues; recurring patterns, difficulties with long-term commitment, conflicts, dependency
Grief and Loss — death of a loved one, serious illness, separation, divorce, any form of loss
Self-exploration — discovering your true needs and desires, self-realization in life and work
